Founder Jermaine J. Marcellus, has made it his life mission to giving back to ensure we all have a Fair Chance™. As a kid, he grew up in the poverty stricken community of North Miami, FL where the chances to succeed were slim to none. A college football scholarship in the state of North Dakota allowed him to see and understand a completely opposite way of life. He was able to obtain his Business Degree in Accounting, Finance and Management while turning over a new leaf and retiring from football.

The knowledge from family, friends, mentors, coaches, amazing business professors, business software, Midwest communities and poverty stricken communities of South Florida has made him a well diverse person.

His diversity of being able to understand poverty and the corporate functions of the upper class which allowed him to change the lives of many. Jermaine J. Marcellus has assisted with creating several growth strategies and processes for several Fortune 100 companies within his young career. He has also assisted with jump starting several friends and family with their careers. So much so, he was constantly asked, when are going to start your own business consultant company.
